Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce, tossed with our special Garlic Caesar dressing topped with home-made croutons and shaved parmesan cheese

Fiery Thai Calamari

Crispy fried calamari tossed in a spicy-sweet orange chili sauce with fresh scallion

Second Course

Choice of:

Braised Beef Bordelaises & Pasta

Homemade linguini with shredded beef bordelaise, served in a mushroom and onion demi glaze

Bronzed Pork Chop

Thick sliced boneless pork chop, topped with cherry pepper demi glaze, served with roasted potatoes

Pesto Chicken

Grilled chicken breast topped with roasted red peppers, finished with a sprinkle of sharp aged provolone cheese, served with chef’s vegetables

Lobster Ravioli

Our homemade lobster ravioli, served in a parmesan cream sauce

Alternate Dessert Course

Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding

Homemade bread pudding with raisins and cinnamon swirls,  served warm with a vanilla glaze

Rice Pudding

We make our rice pudding with Arborio rice, dusted with cinnamon, topped with whipped cream

finished with chocolate sauce and whipped cream

Winter Salad

A mix of arugula, dandelion, radicchio, butter and oak leaf, and romaine lettuce tossed with pear cubes, orange bell pepper, avocado, carrots, cherry tomatoes, walnuts & raisins in a sweet and tangy olive oils and balsamic dressing

Steak Ravioli

Our homemade Steak & Cheese raviolis, tossed and served in a mushroom and onion demi glaze

Carolina Mustard BBQ Shrimp

Grilled shrimp drizzled with our own white mustard BBQ sauce

Second Course

Pork Tenderloin

Bronzed Pork Tenderloin sliced and topped with a Roasted Apple & Shallot demi glaze, served with glazed carrots and mashed potatoes

Crab Imperial Stuffed Flounder

Fillet stuffed with our creamy crab imperial and finished with our lobster butter sauce and sautéed shrimp, served with mashed potatoes and chefs vegetables

Bruschetta Chicken

Pan seared chicken breast topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and a tomato, basil white wine sauce, served over a vegetable brown rice

Sirloin Roulade

Top sirloin steak rolled with fresh oven roasted tomatoes, grated Pecorino Romano cheese, and fresh oregano, topped with a Madeira wine , shitake mushroom demi glaze, served with mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetables
